From Los Angeles: Travel north on I-5 to Hwy 14, then north on Hwy 14 to Crown Valley Rd. (23 miles). Exit right on Crown Valley Rd. to the intersection in the old town of Acton (2 miles downhill). Go straight through the stop sign and across the railroad tracks 2.2 miles to the preserve on the left.
From Northern California: Follow I-5 south to Hwy 14 exit then turn left and head north on Hwy 14 to Crown Valley Rd. (23 miles). Additional Features:  Secluded in the high desert country along the Santa Clara streamway, this 266-acre oasis is surrounded by lush greenery, majestic scenery and towering cottonwood trees. The 60 acres of the streamway traversing the preserve provide ideal nature walk activities. The temperate climate offers year-round fun and activities for all ages. Located only one hour from Los Angeles, this preserve offers the perfect stop to visit various Hollywood attractions and major theme parks.

Stocked canals weave throughout the preserve. You can catch catfish right from your campsite, feed the numerous ducks, or play a round of miniature golf. Within 10 miles of the preserve there are five challenging golf courses. Travel 1/2 mile to Watsonville Rd (second stoplight) and turn right. Drive 3.8 miles to Uvas Rd. and turn right. The preserve entrance is 300 feet ahead on the left.
From Watsonville: Proceed east on Hwy 152. Turn left on Watsonville Rd. (also known as Santa Clara County Road G8), and drive 3 miles to Uvas Rd. Turn left on Uvas Rd. The preserve entrance is 300 feet ahead on the left.
Additional Features: Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Santa Cruz Mountains in the southern end of the Silicon Valley (Santa Clara County), this 66-acre preserve is a perfect home base for touring many of the popular attractions and destinations in California's Central Coast. More than 20 wineries and vineyards inhabit the local area, and there is a train depot only 6 miles from the preserve. Uvas Creek flows through the campground, offering scenic views. If you enjoy swimming, our Olympic-sized pool is perfect on a sunny California day. The miniature golf course is another favorite activity at the preserve.

From San Jose: Proceed south on Freeway 101 to the Tennant Ave. exit in Morgan Hill. Go west on Tennant Ave. 1 mile to Monterey Rd. and turn left. Travel 1/2 mile to Watsonville Rd (second stoplight) and turn right. Drive 3.8 miles to Uvas Rd. and turn right. The preserve entrance is 300 feet ahead on the left.
From Watsonville: Proceed east on Hwy 152. Turn left on Watsonville Rd. (also known as Santa Clara County Road G8), and drive 3 miles to Uvas Rd. Turn left on Uvas Rd. The preserve entrance is 300 feet ahead on the left.
Additional Features: Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Santa Cruz Mountains in the southern end of the Silicon Valley (Santa Clara County), this 66-acre preserve is a perfect home base for touring many of the popular attractions and destinations in California's Central Coast. More than 20 wineries and vineyards inhabit the local area, and there is a train depot only 6 miles from the preserve. Uvas Creek flows through the campground, offering scenic views. If you enjoy swimming, our Olympic-sized pool is perfect on a sunny California day. The miniature golf course is another favorite activity at the preserve.
